KMD Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times
All orders placed with KMD are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders received after 5:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
KMD offers standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–9 business days after your order is processed.

Shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and delivery address. Free standard shipping may be available for orders above a certain value; please refer to the checkout page for current offers and thresholds.

International Shipping
KMD currently does not ship internationally. 

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses. If your location is affected by shipping restrictions, you will be notified at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is missing or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
