kmd was born out of my passion for wearing beautiful dresses and draws inspiration from growing up on the California coast, combined with my love of travel. The beach and the ocean influence how I dress, and what I make. With a passion for fabric, all of the fabrics are carefully picked for beauty and comfort, and the dresses blur the lines between bohemian and polished.

Everything is meant to be dressed up, dressed down, worn from the beach to dinner, or just running errands.
